He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve C. Hawkins and Geneva Jane Phillips Hawkins; and his sisters, Pat Bass and Janey Nance. He is survived by: his wife Sheila K. Robinson Hawkins; his children, Tonya Garland of Almo, Linda Mayes (Bruce) of Ledbetter, Ben Wilson of Miami, FL and Chris Wilson (Jennifer) of Brentwood, TN; his siblings, Terri Bryant (Jim) of Reidland and Todd Hawkins (Mindy) of Paducah; and his grandchildren, Brilee Garland, Connor Garland, Charlie Wilson and Robert Wilson.
