He is survived by: his children, Tina Fagan (Mike) of Calvert City and Timothy Kevin Gandy of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Dalton Greenfield of Calvert City, Dylan Greenfield (Briana Florio), Andrea Freadreacea (Brad) and Kylie Fagan of Paducah, Kentucky; and his great grandchild Emma Freadreacea.
