She was predeceased by: her father Elza Ray Smith; her husband Clarence; her former husband Clint Coursey; and her siblings, Lucille Smith Lee, Joel Smith, Charles Smith, Lonnie Smith and Donald Smith.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Coursey of Calvert City; and her sister Sharron Dunigan (Mickey) of Calvert City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
