She is survived by: her husband Gary Culp; her children, Crystal Culp (Mike Roof) of Paducah, Brad Culp (Wendy) of Reidland and Shane Culp (Amanda) of Calvert City; her siblings, Janice Cleary-Upton (Tim) of West Paducah, Diane Sheppard (Mike) of West Paducah, Linda Rodgers-Choate (David) of La Center, Regina Morris Hickson of Nashville, Tennessee, Billy Wring (Janice) of Paducah and Grady Wring (Debbie) of Paducah; her grandchildren, Blake Topper, Chelsea Topper, Jaden Topper, Haley Culp, Brock Culp, Porter Webb, Naomi Webb, Clay Smith and Makayla Clark (Ian); and her great grandchildren, Easton Wilson, Zane Clark, Caden Clark, Aleya Harris, Reese Webb, Ryder Shannon, Khaleel Shannon, Jayden Webb, Liam Webb, Raylan Webb and Odin Webb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
