He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Bailey Warren; his significant other Jeannie Kay Engle Warren; his parents-in-law, Argenis Engle and Mary Engle Coign; his stepfather-in-law Jack Coign; and his brother Steve Warren.
He is survived by: his father Floyd Warren; his children, Christy Warren Mills (Eric Mills) and David Warren (Jessica Warren); his grandchildren, Ryan, Alexandra Kain (Bryan), Devin, Logan, Emily, Rachel, Seren and Maceo; his great grandchildren, Emery, Layla, Maddox, Grant, Sawyer and Brooks; his siblings, Scott Warren (Shannon), Michael Warren (Connie), Larry Warren (Dinah), Doug Warren (Teresa), Elizabeth Denny and Betty Sue Edds (Jerry); and his granddaughter Melissa Matthews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel (112 S 21st St, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
