He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel McCoy and Laura Maiden McCoy; his wife Tina Mills McCoy; his siblings, Margaret Leath (Ray), Barbara Rose (Virgil), James McCoy and Willis McCoy; and his brother-in-law Clarence Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Stigel (Jason), Tiffany Raby (Jack) and Kevin McCoy; his grandchildren, Jaccob Stigel, Connor Stigel, Hannah McCoy, Madison McCoy, Sydney Paige Raby, Ethan "Big Stock" Raby, Kaleigh McCoy and Adisyn Johnson; his great grandchild Caston Hall; his siblings, Ollie Jean Hall and John McCoy (Wanda); and his cousins, Albert Philpot and Reed Maiden.
