He is survived by: his daughter Abigail Payton; and his siblings, Peggy Reeves of Louisville, Mike Payton of Campbellsburg, Kathy Lesmeister of Louisville and Lisa Carper (Chris) of Owensboro. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
