He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wilson Brent and Helen Mae Brent (Berry); and his son Michael Todd Brent. He is survived by: his son Matthew Brent of Port Royal; his niece Becki Henderson (Kyle); his nephew Aaron Brent; and his brother Roy W. Brent, Jr. (Form) of New Mexico.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Campbellsburg Masonic Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbellsburg Community Center (8191 Main St, Campbellsburg, KY 40011).
