He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Frazier (Scott) of Campbellsburg; his children, Pamela Hope Carey (Dave) of Sarasota, FL, Lisa Prewitt (Guy) of New Castle, Rebekah Frazier (John Harbison) of Lexington, Mathew Frazier of Campbellsburg and Michael Frazier (Jada) of Louisville; his son-in-law Mike "Mike Mike" Embry of Smithfield; and his grandchildren, Geran Harris (Helena), Alysha Shelby (Jeremy), Mitchell Winburn (Molly), Teila Winburn, Ocean Hinshaw, Chloe (Carey), Szypulski (Donald), Dianna Ponichtera, Clayton Rader (Abie), Trent Rader (Anna), Quin Rader (Sabrina), Cole Prewitt (Ashley), Brie Thomas (Liz), Avery, Alden Harbison, Miranda, Emma, Lucy, Charli Ann and Zion Frazier.
