She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Butler and Beatrice Butler (Aaron); her husband Tom Wolf; her son Forrest Aaron Warren; and her siblings, Wendell Butler and Virginia McClaran.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hughes (Rick) of Campbellsville, Brandon Wolf of Campbellsville and Tammi LaManna of Texas; her sister-in-law D. J. Stokes of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Patricia Scott (James), William Campbell, Lucas Wolf, Draven Wolf, Justis LaManna and Shanan Hunt (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Jesse Scott, Savannah Scott, Summer Hunt and Chadlee Hunt.
Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church and can be made at the funeral home.
