He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Carrie Marcella Corbin (Waller); his stepson Jimbo Evans; and his sisters, Connie Renee Corbin and Cynthia Ann Kidd.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie (Stacy Evans) and James William Shawn Corbin (Tracy Wright); and his nieces and nephews, Marcella Corbin and Thomas Corbin. He is also survived by twelve great-nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
