He is survived by: his parents, David Hollon and Sheila Hollon of Campbellsville; his fiancé Merinda Sanders; his partner's child Dakota; and his close friends, David Rakes, Barry Gribbins and Curtis Garrett. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
