He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ray and Brenda Kay Callahan (Goode); and his grandparents, Jessie, Gloria Callahan, Johnny and Onia Abell.
He is survived by: his aunts, Regena Russell (Richard) of Elk Horn and Carolyn Thomas (J. R.) of Campbellsville; his uncle Phillip Callahan (Carolyn) of Florida; and his cousins, Robin Boils, Lisa, Lance Alexander, Christa, Ben Thomas and Andrew Callahan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
