She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica Sapp of Campbellsville, Daniel Sapp (Cindy Knight) and David Sapp of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Adrienne Arford (Nathan Lewis), Terry Arford, III (Ashlee Cox), Austin Arford (Megan Reynolds), Anthony Sapp and Amber Cox; her great great grandchildren, Emberlyn Gutierrez, Kaia Arford, Nova Sapp and Avery Sapp; her children, David W. Sapp and Gail Smith; and her great great grandchild Christopher Sapp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
