He was predeceased by: his mother Tamara Colledge. He is survived by: his father Boyer; his son Aaron Phillips of Campbellsville; his brother Rob Colledge of Utah; his nieces, Annie Colledge and Sarah Colledge; and his close friends, Cory and Olivia Itwin of Utah.
