Greg Lewis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
