He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Moore and Terri Hayes Moore; and his wife Phyllis Burton Moore. He is survived by: his children, Danny Shane Moore (Doris) of Campbellsville and Jill Pruyear (Tommy) of Campbellsville One; his brother Bobby Moore of Columbia Three; his grandchildren, Tyler Moore (Bethany), Cameron Pruyear (Ashleigh) and Taylor Chace Pruyear (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Barrett, Maddox Moore, Jayson, Jameson, Jackson Pruyear, Addyson and Emily Pruyear. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
