He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Faulkner (Scott), Cindy Hunt of Campbellsville and Allison Hunt (Thomas Bowen) of Bellingham, Washington; his grandsons, Chris Faulkner and Zack Faulkner (Baylee) of Campbellsville; his stepgrandson T. J. Bowen of Bellingham, Washington; and his sister Mildred Wise (Carl) of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
