He is survived by: his mother Marilyn McFarland Turner Lewis of Campbellsville One; his siblings, Jimmy Turner of Campbellsville One and Karen Turner Piercy (Stephen Purdom) of Lebanon; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Madi and Jacob Purdom; and his friend Melissa Stearns Akin of Columbia. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncle, cousins, other relatives and friends.
