It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gene Burton of Campbellsville, Kentucky, born in Columbia, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elaine Goodin Burton of Campbellsville, KY; his children, Paul Burton (Gretchen) of Campbellsville, KY and Jennifer Gabehart (Paul) of Campbellsville, KY; his grandchildren, Wesley and Olivia Burton; his siblings, Larry Michael Burton (Angie) of North Vernon, IN, Gregory Joseph Burton (Peggy) of Seymour, IN, James Allen Burton of Bedford, KY, Brenda Ann Burton Kirksey (Steve) of Paris, TN, Robert Dale Burton (Mary) of Campbellsville, KY and Ramona Sue Jackson of Campbellsville, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Katy Burton of North Vernon, IN, Vickie Milby of Summersville, KY, Sharon Melton (Chuck) of Campbellsville, KY, Beverly Powell (Dave) of Columbia, KY and Rebecca Wood (Guy) of Campbellsville, KY. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
