He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Clements and Nora Christine Clements; his wife Rosa Betty Clements; his siblings, Buel Clements, Ray Eugene Clements, Diane Newton, Richard Lee Clements and Darlene Appleby; and his grandsons, Thomas Morgan and David Thomas Durham Morgan.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Beth Baldwin (Danny) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Tommy Morgan, Kimberly Thompson (Justin), Renee Baldwin (Hunter), Brandon Morgan and Jesse Durham; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Kylie, Elijah, Lane, Noah, Caleb and Ellie; and his siblings, Jody Clements (Faye), Robert Carroll Clements and Charlene Hughes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
