She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Johnson and Jean Ruth Johnson (Breckinridge); and her brothers, Malcolm Johnson and Randall Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Herber of Campbellsville; and her sister Sherri Fandrich (Dean). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
