She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard LaVine and Barbara Caruso LaVine. She is survived by: her husband David Hyde; her children, David A. Hyde (Shannon) of Campbellsville, KY and Jamie Urchak (Joe) of Tennessee; and her siblings, Kathy Hammond (Jim LaVine), Michael LaVine and Steven LaVine.
