She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Edward Stephens and Lue Vena Creekmore Stephens; her siblings, Danny (Donna Stephens), Dora Bryant of Louisville, Kentucky, Doyle (Sharon Stephens), Virginia "Jeannie" (Jeff Dykes) and Johnny (Trish Stephens); her grandson Zachary Mackie; her great grandchild Sunley MaeEllen Mackie; her grandparents, Homer Levi, Ethel Creekmore, Johnny and Mattie Stephens; her brother Eddie Stephens; her nephew Jeffrey Dwayne Turner II; her sister Debbie Moss (Terry Moss); and her niece Christy Cox. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
