He was predeceased by: his parents, John Breeding and Allie Combs Breeding; and his brothers, John Breeding, Bobby Breeding of Allie Deacon, J. R, William "Bill" Breeding, Joseph Breeding and Dennie Breeding.

He is survived by: his wife Kaye Luckett Breeding; and his children, Gary Brreeding (Connie) of Greensburg, Billy Breeding (Connie) of Campbellsville and Sara Parke of Campbellsville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to be donation to St. Jude or to Taylor Co. SPCA and may be made at the funeral home or directly to the organization.
