She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Miller and Mary Brubaker Miller; and her son Jeff Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Don Shaw of Campbellsville; her children, Mary Jo Hazel (Nick) of Campbellsville and David Shaw (Sue) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Patrick Shaw of New York, Meredith Forssman (Julius) of Germany, Matthew Hazel (Ashley), Justin Hazel (Taylor), Carlie Hazel of Campbellsville, Jared Shaw and Tyler Shaw of Frankfort; and her brother Bill Miller (Jerri) of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
