He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Richard and Carolyn Agnes Miller (Henle); his wife Roberta Miller (Toy); and his daughter Kelly Sue Gaddie. He is survived by: his son Joseph "Mike" Miller (Wanda) of Campbellsville, Three; his siblings, Carol Ann Miller, Bob Miller and Terry Miller; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
