She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Jake" Gaddis and Gracie Ann Cox Gaddis; her daughter Donna Corbin; and her brother Herald Gaddis. She is survived by: her husband James Cox of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Trista Corbin Moss (Ryan) of Bardstown and Thomas "Blake" Corbin (Jamie) of Elk Horn; her great grandchildren, Cora Moss, Aria Corbin, Lincoln Corbin and Lilly Moss; her brothers, A. D. Gaddis (JoAnn) and Paul Gaddis (Donna) of Campbellsville; her sister-in-law Ann Gaddis of Campbellsville; her son-in-law Tommy Corbin of Campbellsville; and her stepdaughter Lisa McFall of Campbellsville. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
