He was predeceased by: his parents, Bee Warren and Gertie Nelson Warren; and his brothers, Stoy Warren, Roy Warren, Wilburn Warren and Linzie Herman Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Warren of Campbellsville; his children, Sheila Massengale of Pine Knott, Lisa Stillwell, Nancy Mings (Tony) of Campbellsville and Mike Warren (Lou Ann) of Columbia; his sisters, Agnes Gunter (Rollin) of Franklin and Bernice Stillwell of Hodgenville; and his sister-in-law Mary Warren of Green County. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
