He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Ann Rhodes (David Lee) of Campbellsville and Susan Gayle Lackey (Dylan) of Campbellsville; his sisters, Elizabeth Goff Humphress of Campbellsville and Beverly Drummond of Liberty; his grandchildren, Whitney Tungate (Ryan), Rachel Cunha (Raphael), Jennifer Berry (Cody), Austin Herron and Ali Herron; and his great grandchildren, Bradyn Rhodes, Lia Cox, Carson Tungate, Harper Berry and Francesca Cunha. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
