He is survived by: his wife Mary Caldwell (Porter); his children, Andrea Lynn Caldwell of Louisville, Latonya Broadnax of Indiana and John Vernon Caldwell of Campbellsville; and his siblings, Margie Durham of Campbellsville and James Caldwell of Campbellsville, Five.
