He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Cook and Edwina Butler Cook. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Cook and James William "Billy" Cook Jr. (Apryl); his siblings, Sherry Stuart (Tom), Marla Moreno (Frank) and Leon Cook (Linda); his nephews, Justin Cook, Zach Cook and Christopher Moreno; his niece Tina House; and his stepgrandsons, Chris and Bobby Linde. He is also survived by cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
