James Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Moore of Campbellsville, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tallie Moore and Virginia Cheatham Moore; and his brother Carroll Moore. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Moore of Campbellsville; his children, Dr. James B. Moore, Jr. and Paula Moore Kirby (Ron); his grandchildren, Landon York Moore and Katherine Kirby Smith (Austin); his brother J. Larry Moore (Sheila); his siblings-in-law, Sherman York (Betty Sue) and Frances Sewell (Jack); his nephew Steven Moore PhD; his nieces, Jina Moore Blont and Melissa Tallent; Mary Farmer, Reagan Spoon, Ping Zhou and Sophia Roberta Zhou. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 3:00 P. M., Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville conducted by Rev. Paul J. Dicken, Rev. Gary McGuffey, Dr. Neil Salvaterra, Rev. Earl West and Rev. Ron Young **Due to Covid there will be no visitation prior to the service** Those attending will be able to have a final viewing as they exit the chapel.
