She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burks and Lonie Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Ann Johnson of Texas; her brothers, James Johnson (Donna) of Garland, TX, Larry John (Patricia) of Campbellsville, Johnny Ray Johnson (Janice) of Campbellsville and David Lee Johnson of Detroit; and her cousin Sarah Hunter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
