She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles T. Nelson and Laura Nelson (French); her husband William "Bill" Bell; her siblings, Elizabeth Burchett, Howard Thomas Nelson, Omer Lee Nelson, Charles Leonard Nelson, Woodrow Wilson Nelson, Willard Earl Nelson and Stella Nelson Underwood; and her half-sister Mary Nelson Whitlock.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Bell of Campbellsville, Tony Bell of Campbellsville, Karen Clark (Timmy) of Campbellsville, Kim Hughes (Bobby) of Campbellsville and Ken Bell of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Gary Wayne Bell (Ashley), Brian Bell (Abby Campbell), Ashley Walker (Matthew), Madison Clark and Kassandra Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Addison Bell, Gage Tucker, Braxton Tucker, Ryan Walker and Luke Walker. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
