He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kay Smothers (Bradshaw) of Campbellsville; his children, Eleasia Radcliff (Chris) of New Castle, Indiana and Mark Smothers of Campbellsville; his sister Geneva Persun of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Dustin Ibarra (Kaleb), Dalton Smothers, Alyssa Wethington (Dustin), Melina Smothers, Samuel Smothers, Nicholas Radcliff (Sarah Jo), Colton Radcliff (Rosie) and MacKenzie Radcliff; and his great grandchild Ryan Wethington.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Brookside Cemetery (410 W Main St, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
