He is survived by: his wife Wilma Scott Stephens of Campbellsville Three; his children, Gary Stephens of Russell Springs, Jeff Stephens (Rhonda) of Adair County and Joyce Kelly of Campbellsville One; his siblings, Elmer Stephens, Clotene Estes of Eubank and Kathleen Holt of Eubank; his grandchildren, Lori Hale, Tiffany Stephens, Jeffrey Stephens, Jr., Whitley Stephens, Hannah Stephens, Nichole Kelly and Michael Kelly; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Parton and Shawn Parton; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison Hale, Mason Hale, Julian Stephens, Ethan Stephens, Alavia Stephens of Jordan McDaniel, C. J, Dakota McDaniel, Paisley McDaniel, Kadence Kelly, Kaley-ann Kelly, Jordan Orr and Gatlin Parton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Temple Church (88 New Concord Church Rd, Columbia, KY 42728).
