He is survived by: his wife Teresa Summers of Campbellsville; his children, Howard Keith Summers, Jr., David Shawn Summers (Carla), Christopher Keith Summers, Melissa Shenea Bell (Alan) and Lauren Nicole Summers of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Jordan Summers (Miranda), Austin Summers, Cynthia Summers, Dustin Summers, Christopher Summers, Logan Cox Summers, Chloe Summers, Clover Cox Summers, MacKinzie Knight, Lindsay Knight, Caleb Knight, Caiden Bell and Brystol Summers Simpson; and his brothers, Timmy Summers of Franklin and Gary Summers (Connie) of Treasure Island, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
