He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Williams and Don Fuhr; his daughter Jessica Murphy; his sister Amy Endowell; his great grandchild Dustin Chaudoin; and his pet ReRe.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Tucker (Phillip Durham) of Campbellsville, Ashley Tompkins (Travis) of Campbellsville and Bridgett Krahn of Indiana; and his siblings, Marie Fuhr of Nashville and George Fuhr of Indiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
