He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ruel Witham and Mable Parsons Witham; his former spouse Midgen Sapp; and his brother Paul Edward "Bud" Witham. He is survived by: his wife Becky Witham of Campbellsville; his son Rev. Alan Witham (Jenny) of Shelbyville; his stepsons, Chris Delk (Tabatha) and Tim Delk (Shannon) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Kelsie Troutman (Carson) of Simpsonville and Ryan Witham (Kirsten) of Shelbyville; his stepgrandchildren, Logan Delk (Kacie), Jacob Delk, Callie Taylor, Brinley Delk, Chessley Delk, Cason Delk, Savannah Craig (Dakota) and Kendall Delk; his great grandchildren, Mazie Troutman, Mason Troutman and Maverick Troutman; his stepgreat-grandchild River Delk; his siblings, Roger Witham (Elaine), Fred Witham (Brenda) of Campbellsville and Brenda Sapp (Phillip) of Mt. Washington; and his sister-in-law Laverne Witham of Lebanon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
