He is survived by: his son Dwayne; his daughter-in-law Sharon Curry of Campbellsville; his granddaughters, Sydney Reynolds (Will) and Kassondra Cook (David) of Campbellsville; his great grandchildren, Louie Cook and Elaine Cook; and his brother Donnie Curry (Carolyn) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
