She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Collins and Annie Feese Collins; and her husband Delbert Ballard. She is survived by: her son Dan (Diane) of Lexington; her granddaughters, Rachel Healy (Bryan) of Denver and Rebekah of Lexington; and her sister Pauline Alverson of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
