He is survived by: his wife Judy Whatley of Campbellsville; his children, Marsha Kaye Whatley Logan (John IV) of Henderson and Jason Alexander Whatley of Lexington; his grandchildren, Ashton Logan of Oxford, John Logan V of Henderson, Ann Logan of Henderson, Jack Logan of Henderson and Casey Baya (Christian) of Lexington; and his great grandchildren, Langston Baya, Elliot Baya and Harrison Baya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
