He is survived by: his wife Lisa Baldwin (Meeks) of Campbellsville; his sons, Michael Dean Baldwin, Jr. (Candi Craig) of Elizabethtown and Andy Baldwin (Gina) of Florida; his siblings, Jimmy Baldwin (Marian) of Campbellsville, Judy Hampton of Campbellsville, Jennifer Graham (Frankie) of Campbellsville and Denise Graham (Marshall) of Campbellsville; his half-sister Ann Nunn of Greensburg; and his sister-in-law Tammy Baldwin of Mt. Washington.
