He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William Parker and Frances Pauline Milliner Parker; and his brothers, Ronald Parker and Robert "Bobby" Parker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Juanita Bright Parker; his children, Michael Ray Parker Jr. (Jennifer) of Mt. Washington, David Parker of Junction City, Keith Parker (Brooke) of Campbellsville, Kristin Parker of Campbellsville, Sarah Parker of Campbellsville, Whitney Parker of Campbellsville and Aaron Parker of Campbellsville; and his siblings, Marilyn Pickett (Gary), Jean Marie Masden, Sue Shofner, Gary Parker and Tim Parker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and one expected great-grandchild, along with a host of nieces and nephews, and his many cats.
Memorials are suggested to be donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, and those can be made at the funeral home.
