She is survived by: her mother Linda Hicks (Lichtsinn); her children, Jessica Sublett (John) of Campbellsville, Ashley Shreve of Campbellsville, Brandon Hicks (Shelby) of Campbellsville and Christopher Couch of Indiana; her siblings, Jason Hicks of Campbellsville, Paul Jones (Jenny) of Campbellsville, Dovie Kirkland (Chris) of London, Marcie Smith of London and Johnny Nelson (Sherry) of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Bryan, Angelina, Ciara, Gabriella, Carly, Serenity, James, Jody, Christopher Jr., Adom and Nevaeh; and her close friends, Danny Wheeler and Crystal Neeley.
