He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Orville Hamilton Justice, Carolyn Tungate and Junior. He is survived by: his parents, Coy Michael Bagby and Mindy Lynn Justice Bagby; his son Myles Bagby; his siblings, Anthony Bagby (Leah) of Hartsville, IN, Joshua Gillmer (Allena) of Campbellsville, Laurel Gillmer (Colby Atwood) of Campbellsville, Netucky Bagby (Eva Deel) of Campbellsville and Alysia Justice (Brenton Mann) of Campbellsville; his grandparents, Robin Justice of Indiana and Lloyd Waltermire of Indiana; his siblings' children, Jaxon, Colby, Eloise, Rosalie and Karter; and his friends, Sherry and Brian Roberts.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at the Tallow Creek Cemetery.
