With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Allan Bertram of Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge George O. Bertram and Golda Risen Bertram; his former wife Martha L. Ennis; his spouse Cam Le; and his siblings, Kay Risen Bertram Collins and George Barry Bertram.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Kay DeMers (Brian) of Midway, Judge Allan Ray Bertram (Kelli) of Campbellsville and Martha Phyllis Arnett (Mark) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Sierra Kay DeMers, Jacqueline Noel DeMers, Sydney Elizabeth Bertram Jacobs (Sebastian), Madison Nicole Bertram, Marcus Phillip Arnett, Ava Josephine Arnett, Cameron Wilson and Chandler Wilson; his stepchildren, Dr. Kim C. Le of St. Joseph and Kevin Le (Tina) of Los Angeles, California; and his stepgrandchildren, Carson King and Brayden Le. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
