He was predeceased by: his father Harlan Coomer; and his wife Wynell Moss Coomer. He is survived by: his son Rick Coomer (Toni) of Campbellsville, KY; his grandchildren, Steven Coomer of Washington, Nicole Parnell (Charles) of Mississippi and Jennifer Rissinger of New York; his great grandchildren, Scott Coomer, Ripp Coomer, Austin Parnell, Michael Parnell, Bethany Parnell and Ryan Ressinger; his brother Norwood Coomer (Marcella) of Mt Washington, KY; and his half-siblings, Don Coomer and Phyllis Coomer. He is also survived by several nieces a nephews.
