He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence William and Bertie Phillips (Eads). He is survived by: his wife Suzann Phillips (Sublett); his daughter Christy Pike (Allen) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, MaKayla Giles (Tim), Katilynn Martin (Paul), Kody Phillips (Allison), Wade Pike (Ashley) and Corey Pike (JoAnn); his great grandchildren, Kinslee Ann Giles, Rhett Ashcraft and Addisyn Ashcraft; and his close friend Tony Despain.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Taylor County Animal Shelter and can be made at the funeral home.
